Tom Stocker
Managing Director
Tom has extensive experience creating value as a senior operations/finance executive with a proven track record of EBITDA and working capital improvements, an unrelenting focus on the customer, a history of successful cross-functional team building, and operations excellence. His background of working in multiple industries and many entrepreneurial companies provided him with the skillset to understand and provide meaningful counsel to owners and leaders for unique and complex problems. Tom has acted as an advisor and mentor to CEOs and management of companies ranging in size from $3 million to over $600 million on operating and strategic performance improvement opportunities.
Tom sits on the Board of Directors of the Small Business Loan Fund Company, the finance arm of the RI Economic Development Corporation. He has worked with and for companies with revenues from $3 million to the Fortune 50, including Nortek, Danaher, Kraft Foods and Georgia-Pacific. He writes a monthly column for the EDC’s “Every Company Counts” initiative. Tom received his MBA from the University of New Haven, and lives in East Greenwich RI with his wife and three children.
