Jack has managed and grown a series of businesses which have ranged in size from a $3 million early-stage manufacturer to a $145 million division of an OEM automotive parts supplier.  Over the past 20 years he has held C-level positions in both public and private companies.

Most recently he served as CEO of PolyWorks, Inc., a manufacturer of engineered polyurethane gel products located in North Smithfield, RI supplying the medical, consumer comfort and sports equipment industries.  Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Automotive Products Division of Shawmut Corporation, a West Bridgewater based producer of advanced composite products.  He previously managed the Automotive Fabrics business unit at J.P. Stevens and Co., Inc., then the second largest textile manufacturer in the U.S.

Jack has spent his career leading businesses to increased top line sales and bottom line profits by utilizing his sales, marketing and senior management experience to grow sales to existing customers, expand product lines into new markets, improve production efficiencies, develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers to drive down raw material costs and  provide superior customer service.

Jack grew up and worked in New York City before moving first to Michigan and then to Massachusetts where he has been based for many years.  He received a BS in Textile Engineering from Philadelphia University and an MBA in Management from Baruch College.  He resides in Easton, MA with his wife Janet.
